The guest house Saint-Denis, so named after the saint St. Dionysius of Paris following the St. Dionysius church in the neighborhood, and the Andaluz Tapas Bar located on the ground floor, reside in a traditional town house in a central but yet quiet location in Krefeld center.
In the house once was for many decades the most widely known beyond the city limits of Krefeld addition restaurant "eternal lamp" home. It has arisen in the heart of the velvet and silk city of Krefeld over 50 years ago and was completely renovated by the current owner with much attention to detail and refurnished.
From Monday to Friday, our boarding house is mostly frequented by technicians, who'll find a casual, family atmosphere here. You can spend with us a pleasant evening and leave the busy working day with a refreshing draft beer in the Andaluz Tapas Bar end in friendly company and always like to come back. On weekends, you can frequently encounter small groups, sports clubs, groups of musicians but also single travelers or couples with us. Krefeld is very central to many cities, where there is much to discover and experience. Our 2011 totally renovated private guest house is located in the heart of the velvet and silk city of Krefeld in a quiet one-way street. The pedestrianized "Hochstraße" with the shopping mall "Schwanenmarkt", numerous car parks and the central hall of Krefeld located in the immediate vicinity.
From Krefeld the entire Ruhr region as well as the right and left bank places on the Lower Rhine and the state capital of Dusseldorf can be reached in no time. Several highways like the A42, A57, A59, A40 and A3 can be reached within a few minutes by car. Leisure and sports activities as well as cinemas, opera and theater are present in the vicinity. Even with public transport you'll come quickly anywhere. Numerous trams and buses run to all parts of the city and into the countryside. From Krefeld main station, you can reach Dusseldorf, Duisburg, Cologne, Mönchengladbach and other cities in 10-30 minutes with Deutsche Bahn.
